Military V.I.P. Mansion

He scans the names on the door looking for his target "Well why should I trust you? I havea perfect oppotunity to strike at my enemy. So why should I just throw that away. Just to end up you could be lying to me?" He states "Why should I take the chance?"

Kairo entered the building. He was wearing an officers uniform. It luckily hadnt got blood on it. The lieutenant was on the second floor. Kairo noticed two men walking toward him. They were deep in conversation. They seemed to be arguing.

Kotaro thought for a moment. How could he prove it? “I'll tell you the location now, and the rest at dawn, like a downpayment.” Kotaro noticed someone just entered the building. He looked,then edged closer to his “partner”. “Better be at attention, thats the brigader general. He arrived yesterday with fresh troops. And dont think of killing him. He's also a spy.” Kotaro had gotten the B. general drunk to get that info.

"SPY?" He whispers "And if you haven't noticed I don't bargain. I am here to do my job so either stay out of my way or strike me down" He says sliding his dagger out and then concealing it in his sleeve hiding it from kontaro and the newcomer

He smiles slightly as he walks right up to the man "Good day sir"

Kairo nods and slowly heads up the stairs. Then a soldier comes darting through the halls screaming“the b. general is dead”. Kairo runs up the stairs,“dam, hoow could they find him”

Kotaro turned to see the B. general begin running upstairs. “Damn! A disguise!” Kotaro took out Godai and ran after him.

Kinai turns and quickly follows him

Kairo continued to run through the hall, swinging his knife at any soldier that got in his way. He was laughing the whole time, saying random numbers with each kill. As he reached the door to the lieutenant, he put his knife away and barged in. The lieutenant was fat, and a little facial hair was visible. "Guards! Guards!!" the lieutenant cried. Kairo ran at the lieutenant and leaped, a small blade protruding from his automail arm. As he landed on the lieutenant, driving the blade into his neck, he laughed uncontrollably, saying the names of people he had killed before.

Kotaro saw as the man killed the soldiers rushing at him. Who is this guy! Kotaro noticed he was heading toward the lieutenants quarters. Damn! The man was laughing until he reached the lieutenants door. The man barged inside the room and ran at the lieutenant, a blade seemed to appear from his right hand. The man leaped and drove the blade into the lieutenants neck. "NO!!" Kotaro clapped his hands and drove them onto the ground, a never ending trail of lightning heading toward the assassin.

Kinai passes kataro and the lightnin flies by him barely missing. "You bastard" He yells as he pulls out his longsword "That was my job"

Kairo easily dodges both attacks. Kairo was right now in his normal stage. “Don't point that blade at me rebel pup. I was hired by your people”

(it wasnt an attack he was just running at you with his out)

He laughs "You say I am a pup?" He stands there with longsword on the ground "I am either the second or third strongest in the Resistance, so if i were you i would watch what you say or you will get struck down"

Kairo then notices Kotaro.“Well, what are you doing here bro.”

He still steads fast with his blade out waiting

Kotaro had turned Godai into a spear. He turned as still as stone at the sound of the assassin's voice. "It had to be you, eh Kairo?" Kotaro ran past Kinai, swinging his spear at Kairo's throat.

Kinai jumped in the way deflecting the spear away from Kairo "This is my kill" he says as if possessed

Kotaro stared at Kinai, then nodded. Kinai was better equipped for enclosed spaces, Kotaro was equipped for open areas. "I'll block the exits."

When kinai notices that kotaro will comply he swings his right elbow into kairo's gut sending him into the wall "This is your final stand" He says as a wicked smile creeps across his face.

When kairo hits the wall kinai sheaths his sword and spins landing a combination of jabs to the man's chest.

As Kairo spits up blood, he grabs the swords blade and uses alchemy on it. Turning the blade into small spikes he then makes them charge at Kinai in every durection. “You think it was that easy. I've peen inpalled through my chest. I may have used alchemy but still, I was hired by the rebellion.”

He laughs as the blades barely pierce his skin because as soon as they touch him he transmutes them back to normal. "You can't use my sword against me, and I am kinai Takai the Blade Alchemist, also known as the back-stabbing alchemist. Do you really think because you were hired by the resistance that will change anything?" he laughs wickedly "I shall strike down anyone who gets in my way"

Kotaro watched as Kinai and Kairo battled. Kairo looked as if he was beaten, but Kotaro knew this was a ruse. Like Kinai, Kairo was a weapon alchemist, and Kairo's splitting personality made his movements hard to read. Kinai was falling into a trap, a feeling of victory that would dislude him. Kotaro sealed the exit, then ran to the lieutenants desk. Kotaro's payment was on top of it. He grabbed the bag and took out Godai. Kairo couldn't work with electrical attacks. If he beat Kinai, Kotaro would finish him.
