Central streets

Tosh closed her eyes and hug on close to Kotaro as the explosion happened.

The explosion belw Lack apart, transforming him back into the thousands of tentacles and throwing him all over the street. But the tentacles started to move and merge back together.

"Damn! He just keeps regenerating!" Dante sneered.

"He must have a weak spot somewhere!" Tosh said as she watched Lock regenerate.

Lock just laughed. This time his laugh sounded like the grating of ragged steel. "Why would the ultimate weapon have a weak spot?" He said. "Now enough playtime." He suddenly dropped to the floor, the tentacles now a large swarm, darted toward them.

Dante's eyes widened as he continued to shoot the tentacles. A large group came after Tosh. "NO!" He pulled out Slyde and jumped in the way, slicing at the tentacles. But there was too many and he started to become piled by them. Soon he was covered completely. "Tosh! RUN!"

[It won't let me PM for some reason so I'll tell you here. Mostly it was just Kotaro and Resha uncovering more military experiments. He is in court and being tried for it. Also the Speed RP's are going well.]

"NO!!" Tosh ran over and started ripping the tentacles off Kotaro, one by one. She didn't care there was too many, she needed to help him. "I'm not going to let you go through this alone!!"

As Tosh ripped the tentacles off Dante they started to swarm her. Each one that was taken off sticking to her.

Dante ripped more tentacles off him and noticed something red shining on the smallest tentacle. It was hiding behind a large dumpster. "Of course! It hides its core!" He took out Zero and aimed it at the core. He fired and the core shattered, the tentacles suddenly becoming limp.

Tosh started to yell as the tentacles started to swarm and stick to her. She saw them fall off and go limp. "Kotaro..?"

Dante ripped the tentacles off of him and threw them to the ground. They started to boil and then melt away into nothing. He sighed and turned to Tosh. "Are you alright?"

Tosh stood up and ran over to him, sighing in relief and nodded. "Yes. What about Lock?" she looked around for the monster.

Dante was breathing hard from the fear and from the fight. "I think he's gone. For good. I shot what must have been his core."

Tosh nodded before leaning on Kotaro, closing her eyes. "He said that the ultimate weapon doesn't have a weak spot; thats a lie..." Tosh looked away as she opened her eyes. "Everything has a weakness..."

Dante nodded and put his arm around Tosh. "Are you hurt?" He knew everything had a weakness. Especially him.

Tosh shook her head, smiling a bit. "I wonder how things will go now.." she said.

Dante sighed. "Hopefully things will go better." He said. He shook his head. "At least Lock is gone."

Somewhere inside, Tosh actually felt bad for Lock. She wasn't sure why exactly, it just occurred to her.

Dante wondered what would happen. At first, he was glad Lock was gone. But then he remembered that HE had created him. "Tosh......"

"Yes Kotaro?" she responded looking up at him.

Akio looked down he wasn't able to do anything in the fight so he decided to go to the stone he picked it up and he finished crushing it.

"Whats wrong Akio?" Tosh asked as she noticed him deep in thought.

Akio just continued staring at the stone but next thing he knew he fell over from extreme pain.

"Akio!!" Tosh exclaimed as she ran over to him. "Kotaro, help!" she called to him.

Dante turned and saw Akio in pain. "Damn it what now!?" He said running to his side.

Tosh checked his pulse, it being faster than usual. Probably from the pain alerting his body. "What do we do!" she said. "Lets take him to my house, I'm sure its nearby.." she said picking up Akio. She started to run to her house.
