Ze Girleh Cafe

"Well then, normally, you would have to wait, but today isn't busy, so I can take you to your seat right now ^^" And Maria did just that. She took Dante to a single table with 2 chairs, and left a menu with him.

"I'll be back in a sec to take your order ^^ then I'll sit with ya for a little."

Maria went off to take some more orders.

Dante smiled as Maria left. At least she is adapting better then me. He took a look at the menu, his eyes scanning the contents. He decided a roast beef and water would satisfy him. He looked up at Maria again. I have never seen this side of Renee. It's kind of scary.

Maria returned. "Have you decided on what to order?~"

Dante nodded. "A roast beef and water please." He placed the menu down. He couldn't help but stifle a laugh.

Maria went off with the order. When she returned, she sat opposite to Kotaro, placing the tray on the table with the food.

"How are you holding out, Dante?"

Dante smiled at the food. It had arrived fast. He looked at Maria. "All in all I guess I'm not doing to bad." He shrugged. "I can't live or be seen with Lira anymore. I have no job, no house, and the military is still looking for Kotaro."

"All you need is to find a good job you can handle is all ^^ Until then, your always welcome at my little hill."

A employee came and whispered to Maria, Maria whispering something back. The Employee giggled a little as she went back to work. Maria returned focus back to Dante.

"I maybe only a friend as Maria, but im always your sister as Renee ^^ so, if you ever need help, don't hesitate to ask"

Dante smiled and nodded. "I always see you as my sister." He raised an eyebrow. "Mind telling me what that was about? And..." He pointed to her. "I have never seen you wear a dress."

Maria's eyes dulled a little as her old personality took over.

"She was wondering why I was talking to you. Told her you were a old friend of mine. Who knows what went through her head."

She took a drink of water and was instantly back to normal.

"Gotta act a little to get along ya know~ And I know, right? Its different for me as well. And a little embarrassing ~"

Maria blushed. "So different then my regular clothing~"

Dante chuckled and drank some of his water. "You look good." He smiled. She knew she would get defensive on this. "And I don't think your 'Old friend' thing was completely believed." He pointed to a group of girls who were pointing and giggling. "Maybe you should have said I was your brother." He shrugged.

Maria shook her head. "All connections should be terminated between our new selfs. Its better for them to think we're 'more then just friends', then to have a sibling bond. Maybe only a slight difference, but it can make the biggest difference."

Maria grinned. "Besides, you have a girlfriend~"

Nero enters the cafe with a large smile on his face. He gets 2 days off, he found his wife, and he gets to eat real food. He waits silently for someone to seat him.

Dante nodded. "I still haven't seen her since the medical base." He took a bite of his roast beef. "I'm wondering what to say to her." He looked at Maria and sighed. "I should have been left at the base. Who knows what will happen to those chimera now."

Dante turned to see Nero walk in. Uh oh. "its the wolf." He whispered.

Maria shook her head. "Only time will tell. Don't go being a hero just yet, Kotaro. Relax as Dante for a little."

Maria got up and gave a reassuring smile to Dante, then walked over to Nero.

"Welcome to Ze Girleh Cafe. Do you have reservations?"

“No, i don't have a reservation”

Dante tried to look like an average customer, eating his roast eagerly.

Maria nodded her head. "Then I will take you to a table in just a moment."

Maria went and brought a couple customers their food before leading Nero to a single table. She didn't take very long. She handed him a menu.

"I'll be back in just a sec. Till then, look through the menu and find something you like ^^"

Maria went on her merry way to other customers.

Hmmm. Nero looked through tthe menu rather quuickly. then after a while of thinking, he decides to order a steack with wine.

Maria returned to Nero.

"Have you decided on what to order?"

Dante glanced at Nero. He hadn't seemed to recognize Renee. He continued to eat the roast.

“Yes, i will have a steak and some wine.”

Maria took down the order. "Very well. I will be back with your food on a instant~"

She went to the kitchen, and the food was brought out quite quickly. Maria laid a plate of steak and a fancy glass of wine in front of Nero. "Please enjoy your meal~"

Maria then went back to Dante and took a seat again.

Dante finished his roast and looked up to Maria. "I don't like this. He might recognize us." He glanced at him again. "If he does, he might report it."

Nero ate his steak faster than he can run. He gets up after he drinks his wine and heads over to dantes table. “Thanks for the deliciouse meal. But I aint fooled. You both changed your looks but not your scent.”

Maria looked at Nero and gained a devilish grin. "Sir! You were smelling me!?"

The other employees came out and asked Maria what was going on. They huddled and talked for a little, then turned to Nero, speaking at the same time. Even Maria.

"We thank you for your business here, good sir, but we do not stand perverts, or people with fetishes towards our employees. We must ask you to leave."

The ladies carefully brought Nero to the exit and lightly pushed him out, not pushing him over or anything. "Till you treat our employees with respect, do not come back again"

They closed the door. Maria thanked the girls, then returned to her seat. "How rude, smelling me."
