Zayden became aware of the military man he had met some time ago as well but was so invested in the new hummingbird that he stared at in, seemingly in a daze.

Fang walked by, rushing somewhere, with the potted plant in his arms. She'll love these...
As he passed, he noticed the man that came towards him at the Station.
"God, I hope he doesn't see me.."

Tosh was smelling some orange lillies when she saw Fang rushing. "Fang!" Tosh called out to him.

Fang turned and saw Tosh. "Hey shorty," he called to her. "What's new?"

Tosh pouted, walking over to Fang. "I was just chilling out around here, like always." Tosh said looking around at the array of colorful flowers.

"Well, I made a new type of flower. With alchemy."
And I'm getting a philosopher's stone with the death of a homunculus. One step closer to dodging the Red Wing's side effects..

"Whoa! Cool! Let me see!" Tosh said jumping up and down.

Fang gave her a clipping of his new form of white rose. "I made it using a blood transmutation circle a black rose clipping, a white daisy clipping, and a tulip clipping. I'm going to give the flower to Resha."
Fang's normally calm and cool, stern as steel face, turned a bright pink as he mentioned giving the plant to Resha.

"You like her?" Tosh asked very concisely and blinks.

His bright pink face flashed a deep crimson.
"Uhh...umm...err..."

Tosh smiled and crosses her heart. "I won't tell." she said smiling honestly.

Fang smiled at Tosh. "Thanks Tosh...I'm gonna go..now..."
He turned around and took off like a bullet, careful not to drop the plant--which had already regrown from the clipping.

Tosh blinked and just walked away.

Zane ignored the other people in the park. He didn't like to frequent the places where he could possibly be seen by her, but he just walked aimlessly and before he knew it, he was back to this place.

I'm gonna take a nap. He thought, looking for a good place.

During the confusion of so may people showing up, Dwyrin had been able to slip away - as far as possible while still inside the garden - and now resumed her quiet walk. Away from hustle and bustle.

He walked as far as possible from the people. It'd be noisy and I won't have a good nap if there are a lot of disturbances. Where's a good tree when you need one... hm.

While he walked, he saw another girl. He blinked, he recognized that person. "...Dwyrin?" he said, louder than he thought, and without really meaning to.

Dwyrin halted in her tracks... She had thought she heard someone call her name. There was no way one of them had follwed her here?! They should all still be thoroughly entertained. She swiveled her head slightly and saw that she wasn't imagining things - most likely. There stood the Information Man, Zane.

"What a pleasant place to see you," she called out in an oddly serene voice. Should she keep going?? Or would that be rude?? It wasn't any sort of annoying situation, just a chance meeting - there was no protocol. Still a tad undecided, she stood, waiting for a sign.

Deciding it was his call, since he was the one who disturbed her, he smiled at her and waved a hello. "Sure is," he said. "I never would've expected seeing you here, honestly."

It was true. It was probably the reason why he called out to her in the first place, even though it was a sudden thought. He walked towards her.

Dwyrin turned her body to face him the rest of the way. She smirked, "What are you trying to say??"

He stopped right in front of her and laughed at her question. "Nothing, of course," he smirked. "It slipped out of my mouth before I could stop myself."

He glanced at the flowers for a while before turning his attention to her again. "So what are you doing here?"

"Just walking. Escaping," she said vaguely. She turned once again, this time down a different path and started walking. "I also didn't expect to see you here...Or any of them."

Zane followed wordlessly and fell into step with her. "I know what you mean," he pocketed his hands. "But escaping? Is there more to it, or are you really just escaping the crowd back there?"

Dwyrin frowned. Perhaps he had something in that theory of his.

"Everybody seems to want something, Zane. Have you ever noticed that??" Staring off into the distance, she continued without waiting for him to answer, "These flowers don't. They're pretty much self-sustaining. And they're... pretty," she finished awkwardly.

Zane couldn't stop laughing and didn't even hide it nor tried to. When he finally finished, he looked at her with a smile. Glad to know she has a soft side.

"But you're right. In our line of business, especially," he patted her shoulder. "Flowers are strong - well, so what my little sister usually said. I'm starting to believe that now."

She felt the heat rising in her cheeks as he had a laugh at her expense, and she looked away, silently vowing to never be so honest, again.

A sister, huh?? "Strong how, you think??"
