History: He used to live a peaceful life until some Homonculus invaded his hometown he survived only thanks his earth Alchemy but Pride had cut his right eye before he was fully blocked off from them, he wandered for a few weeks before a bandit came and cut off his right arm in attempts to rob him but thankfully he was saved by a man. It's been about a hundred years and he doesn't know why he's still alive but he hasn't really aged a day he thinks it's because of the Philosophers stone imbued in his heart.
Other: He once knew Kyte and Akio when he was a young boy but he hasn't found out about their deaths yet

Mm, no homunculus in any character histories unless they slaughtered a great/grandparent or something. It's been 100 years since they were all destroyed.

So Kotaro can have a disease that makes him basically live forever if he doesn't get stabbed? and i'm not saying what you said in parentheses i'm just stating that getting a philosopher's stone put into the heart doesn't primarily make someone a homonculus

For the record, he didn't have that disease when he made his character.
