Kotaro's parents cottage

Kotaro walked up to the cottage. It was large for a cottage, but comfortable. Kotaro sighed. He hadnt been here for a whole year. He walked inside the cottage, Kira, his cat, following close behind him. “It should have ended here.” Kotaro remembered how the soldiers had found him, holding onto his dead parents. They had been ordered to shoot him, but instead he was drafted. Kotaro walked to a nearby chair and sat down, Kira jumping onto his lap. “I should have been killed.” Kotaro walked over to the back of the house and poured Kira some milk. “Drink up, I need to see my parents.”

Kotaro walked out through the back door, Kira following him near his heels. He approached three stones sticking from the ground with engravings written on them. "Hey mom, dad, Lira." Kotaro stared at the stones for a moment. "Sorry I wasn't here for a while. Been busy with something." Kotaro sat down in front of the graves. "I've met some new people, nice people." Kotaro reached into his bag. "Sorry about my new appearance, it was beyond my control." Kotaro pulled out his flute. He placed it to his lips, playing it as the cat's head swayed.

Resha wandered. She got lost. I really think Keixth's lack of sense of direction is rubbing on me.
Walking around, she came across a cottage. Without thinking much, because she didn't want to stay out, she went inside, asking if there were anyone there.

Kotaro stopped playing as he heard a voice. He turned and walked into the cottage, noticing someone inside. He recognized the person. Resha. But she wouldnt recognize him. His features had changed.

Resha blinked and backed away a few, embarrassed for going inside without permission.
"I'm sorry," she started; she thought she recognized him but it was probably just her mind playing with her. "I, uhm... got lost, and I saw this place. I hope you don't mind my sudden intrusion." She bowed and smiled.

Kotaro smiled and shook his head. "It's all right Resha. Your welcome here." He turned to a chair and sat down.

She blinked, rather confused. He knows my name??
"Sorry if this is rude... but... do I know you?" she looked at him real hard but she couldn't recognize him at all.

Kotaro nodded. "My appearance has changed but yes, we know each other. We met at the festival. I had silver hair then and was with Tosh."

She gasped. "You mean," she tried to remember that time, at the festival. "Mister Kotaro?" She looked closer. "What happened? How come you look so different?"

Kotaro raised his hand and waved it in a dismissive gesture. "It's a long story. I am more concerned with you. What are you doing so far out south?" Kira creeped next to Kotaro's heels, staring at Resha.

Amelia was out walking, just trying to get used to the area around the city. Suddenly she saw a cottage. A cottage? Hm.. cool! She walked up a little closer to the cottage.

Kotaro was aware of someone walking up to the cottage. I wonder how many have found this cottage. Kotaro stood up and walked to the door, opening it to see someone approaching.

Amelia was so concentrated in looking at the cottage that she didnt notice that someone was in it. She walked closer to it. Hm... She was just about to touch it when someone came out of the door. "Whoa! Sorry, i didnt mean to disturb!" She bowed and scratched the back of her head nervously.

Kotaro looked at the newcomer and smiled. "It's alright, people are just dropping in today." He extended an arm inside the cottage. "Your welcome to come inside." Kira had rushed to the door, curious of the new people around her.

Amelia got a little shocked, this boy was very friendly. She nodded and stepped into the cottage. "Its really nice of you to invite me, i appreciate it." She smiled and looked around some. "Is this your home?"

Kotaro walked over to a chair and sat down. "It was. I visit here every once a while. I haven't been here for a whole year." Kira had returned to Kotaro's lap, content that the newcomers were friendly. "I have another guest here as well. Do you two know each other?" He turned to Resha.

Amelia looked at the boy as he sat down. "Oh, i see. Its really cosy in here, you must have liked to live here..?" She looked some at a nearby chair. "...Is it allright if i sit down too..?" She didnt want to act rude, but her feet was killing her.
"Oh." She looked over at the other visitor. "No, i do not know her." Amelia smiled some.

Kotaro smiled and pointed to a chair. “Feel free. May I get your name? I'm Kotaro Kuya.”

Kinai is a little bit ways in front of the house with his sword of judgement unsheathed "..." he is silent as he is sorta in a trance

She smiled and nodded towards Kotaro. "Its a pleasurt to meet you Kotaro. My name is Amelia." She smiled once more and sat down in the chair.

Something in the back of her mind told her to keep her guard up. A strange feeling appeard... mabye someone was outside the cottage? "hm..."

Kotaro was puzzled at Amelia's look. He looked Kira. She was tense, and was looking at the door. “Someone's outside.” Kotaro reached inside his bag and produced Godai, still in flute form. He quickly transmuted it back into a staff.

Kinai still standing a slight distance from the house holds his sword up in the air as the fragment of the philosepher stone starts to glow a bloody red

Amelia looked at the door, she knew he was right. "Should we take a look or stay inside?" She grinned some and stood up carefully.
