Kotaro's parents cottage

"Someone tampered with his body and infected him with Zendal, the same black stuff covering you." He pointed at the wound. "He then infected you with it upon order by whoever revived him."

Media seethed. "But it's totally gone now, right? It's not something that just receded for now and stuff, right? But who... on earth - argh, how dare they desecrate Seta's dead body!"

Dante shook his head. "It will come back a couple more times. Each time faster. You will have to act quick to survive it. Trust me, I know." He sighed.

She face-palmed. "Great. We now have a deranged, temperamental and now infected girl. This does not rest my case easy."

Resha blinked. "But let's just be glad things are okay for now. So let's have... dinner?"

Lira laughed. "The stew is still warm. Lets eat!"

Dante nodded. "Help yourselves."

Proto grinned. "Oh yeah!" he jumped. "This is what I am talking about! Like.. hours ago!"

Resha nodded. "Media, you can eat there. Alpha, you can help her with that, right?" Not really aware of their current situation. Media laughed nervously.

"Kotaro, you're going to eat too." She grinned.

Alpha nodded. "Come on Media, give me your hand, I'll help you up."

Theta was already eating, her face covered in the stew.

"No thanks, I'm not hungry." Dante stood up.

Media gave her hand and stood with his help. "Thanks, Alpha," she said.

Proto was already stuffing his face with Theta with the stew. "Gah, I love food," he said and Resha blinked. "You sure?"

Alpha nodded. "Anytime Media." He smiled.

Theta nodded. "MFE TFYOO!" She said her mouth full of food.

"Yes I'm sure." He walked out back and stared at the moon, now high above him in the sky.

Media blinked and stared, surprised at the sudden change of Alpha. He was so distant when they first talked again. Now he was smiling at her. She kept staring.

Proto high-five'd Theta and they ate a lot of stew. Resha nodded at Kotaro and looked at Lira when he left. "He's been... distant and sad lately," she started. "What's wrong with him?"

"Is something wrong?" Alpha asked Media. "You look a little scared."

Lira frowned and shook her head. "I don't know. He's been like this since Kairo died. He didn't tell me how Kairo died, only that it was terrible. Seeing how Kairo was his half-brother, I see why it would hurt. But now he seems worse."

She shook her head. "Ah, no," she held her stomach where the gush was. "It's nothing. Come on, let's eat."

Resha blinked. "What? Really?" she looked down. "Wow, that... I can understand how that must've hurt." She suddenly remembered Will. "So you don't know anything just as much as us?"

Alpha nodded. "Sounds good to me."

Lira shook her head. "He's been getting worse. He told me of 2 people that died already named Fang and Will, now Kairo, Kyte, And he's acting as if he's killed a friend." Lira looked down. "I don't understand it."

"Yeah," she flipped back her hair. I need to unwind.

Prota and Theta welcomed Alpha and Media as they sat down to eat.

Resha looked at Lira worriedly. "I know of Fang and Will, but not Kairo and Kyte. He must have suffered a lot," she said. "And on top of that, he had to kill a clone of me."

"Hows the stew?" Alpha asked Theta.

"Delicious!" She replied

"He had to kill a clone of you?" Lira was shocked. "My god, heaven knows whats going on in his head right now." She looked toward the back door where Kotaro had exited. "Having to kill a friend."

Media kept quiet but was surprised as Prota gave him a bowl of stew. "Eat up," he said simply and proceeded to eat. "Thanks," she smiled, shaking her head and ate. "It's really good."

Resha nodded. "I feel bad. I didn't want him to experience that sort of thing but he was adamant about it."

"It is good!" Alpha had begun to eat the stew.

"and now its hurting him." Lira looked down. "He seems so distant now. Like he's trying to avoid everyone around him." She closed her eyes. "Will you go talk to him?"

Akio had been walking around after getting attacked and he bumped into the front door of the house without realizing it.

The four ate happily, a bit quiet and listening in on Lira and Resha's conversation now.

"Yes," Resha sighed. "I'm rather sure; and, I've noticed and I don't know what to say anymore. I want to talk to him," she nodded. "But I'm scared he won't listen to me."

Alpha opened the door, picked up Akio, and threw him on the bed before sitting back down. "Amateurs."

"Please go talk to him." Lira pleaded. "He won't tell me anything because I'm his sister. Please at least try."

Akio looked at Alpha and looked around. "Isn't this where Kotaro lives?" He asked looking like something was wrong his left automail arm not working from getting shot.

Resha nodded. "Okay. I really hope he'd tell me something. Seeing him like that hurts me too," she said. She stood up after one bite from the stew and blinked as Kotaro threw a man on the bed. "Uh, Kotaro?" she asked walking towards him, her eyes on the man on the bed. Is he okay?

Dante turned to Resha. "Yes?"

Theta stared at Akio. "You look weird."

Akio then looked at Theta. "maybe because it's the fact that i'm a human made up of three humans!" He said grabbing his left arm and pulling out the bullet. "And seriously you shouldn't judge others on looks." He said crushing the bullet.

Resha walked over to him and looked at him now. "Can we talk?" she asked with a smile.

Media watched Theta talk to Akio, not really surprised that Alpha didn't talk when he was asked. She raised an eyebrow at his reaction. And I thought I was temperamental...
