Abandoned Military Outpost

The expression on the kids face changed completely, and Dwyrin release him, then stood, letting him move. She looked down at her now drenched clothes, and sighed.

"Well, you did manage to destroy this coat, if it makes you feel any better."

Will looked down.

"That was not my intention."

Will then looked at the building.

"Its just, seeing the military fills me with rage, but I have no idea why. I've never had problems with the military. They never caused me trouble. So why do I get angry at them?"

She crouched down next to the stranger, "Because, maybe, even though they don't cause you trouble... Doesn't mean they haven't made trouble for others?? It's really unfair, sometimes - to see other poeple suffer for no reason."

Ah, nostalgia, my old friend, she thought wryly. She stood once more, "In any case, this building hasn't done anything wrong, and I'd like if you let it be for another day or so. Who are you, anyway??"

Will stood up.

"I just felt like crushing it. That doesn't mean I have to."

and Will mumbled under his breath. "Maybe because the sign designs are the same...."

"Anywho, im Zergio."

Dwyrin smiled. "Well Zergio, I'm pleased to make your aquaintance. I'm also pleased that I can look around, now, I'd like to be familiar with the layout of this type of building, you know??"

Zergio?? Is that Amestrian??
She looked around to distract her thoughts, and keep them from showing on her face.

Will grined at confusion of his name showed up on her face.

"Its a unique name, completely detached from everything else. It has no meaning, and can't be related to anything, nor is it a different language. But, mind if I tag along with you? Sitting around will drive me crazy"

Will also hoped he could find some answers within. Perhaps this place is better for him standing up. Before Dwyrin could reply, he went inside.

"By the way, whats your name?"

"Call me Dwyrin"

She looked at the kid walking into the building. He had asked, and she was going to refuse his company, but now that he was already headed in there... Maybe he wouldn't be a problem - he had shown a good amount of alchemic skill before.

She fingered the ring on her finger and followed him through the door.

Will stopped and let Dwyrin take the lead.

"You know what your looking for."

Dwyrin walked further into the building, and let her eyes adjust to the rapidly dimming light. Why is it that most military buildings look the same??
Zergio had somehow gotten behind her, and was following as if she knew the way, which - of course - she didn't. So, she meandered along the hallway for a bit, and turned a corner, right into a dead end.

"I guess It's been a while," she said sheepishly, "Your turn."

Will had followed close behind, till they reached a dead end.

"Guess you dunno."

Will began to walk down the hallways, taking a couple turns before coming across what looked like a dead end. However, there was a door on the left.

Dwyrin followed Zergio through the halls, unsure of where they were headed. Then they came to a dead end, or so she thought until she looked to her left and saw the faint outline of a door.

"After you."

Will opened the door, and was unsure of what he had found. There was a desk, with what seemed to be a computer on it. The rest of it was in ruin. Will slapped himself, laughing when he figured out what it was.

"I found a random office."

Will entered and looked at the computer. it was quite obviously broken.

Dwyrins eyes widened at the self abuse, but she followed him silently into the room.

"So you did," she answered him, more to hear her voice in the silence than anything. Examination of the room produced nothing more interesting than an astounding collection of elephant figurines, placed randomly about the room, and a broken computer. There wasn't even any place to keep records.

Will found the modem was broken. The hard drive somehow survived what happened here.

"If we find a proper modem, we can easily see what was on this computer."

Dubiously, Dwyrin looked around, "Do you think there will be one here?? They're pretty rare."

Will shrugged and picked up the hard drive.

"Better to lug a load then miss a spot"

Will let Dwyrin lead this time.

What an odd saying...

Dwyrin swept past the kid and left the room. The walls were heavily grafittied, and the lighting dim, because whenever I need to see, there's no light.

After wandering around aimlessly for some time, she realized they had been walking in silence. She cast about for something to say, and asked the first question that came to mind, "So, where are you from, Zergio??"

Kotaro noticed the outpost seemed to shake. Why did the resistance want me to check this place out again? he thought. Kotaro shrugged as he stepped into the outpost.

Emi hummed a tune as she skipped into the outpost. She didn't stop as she passed someone, instead she carried on paying no attention.

Kotaro noticed that someone had passed him. "Hey! Hey wait!" he said stopping in his tracks.

"Hmmm." Emi stopped and turned around at the sound of someone yelling. "Ohhh, heyas person! Is there something you need?" As she spoke she started to frantically wave to him.

Kotaro was now at a loss for words. He decided to say what was on his mind. "Hello, do you know what used to be here? Like what the military did here?" Kotaro's shoulders slumped as he realised the question sounded stupid.

"What was done here, hmmm? I'm pretty sure it was just a general station for the military, if you want to know exactly you might want to look around. Each post is different I'm sure, hehe!" Emi had stopped waving and was now just smiling as she stood.

Kotaro turned his eyes back toward the outpost. "Wait, do you hear that?" He said, pulling out Godai.(Long metal staff)

Emi began to draw an alchemy circle using the dirt on her fingers as she listened out for any sounds. "What are we listening for?" She whispered.
